This is a story about the underworld operation of the rich and powerful of society, importing and distributing drugs codedly across cities, offices, hotels and nightclubs. As the story unfolds, we see how an ambitious cartel boss used money from drugs to buy his way to become a governor in one of the states in Nigeria and used his immunity as cover for his agents to expand the distribution of drugs to Abuja, Port Harcourt and Lagos.
The governor recruits smooth operators who move drugs into Nigeria for him, using the Abuja airport as their favorite entry point due to poor security. But things took a different turn when a big member of the drug network died suddenly.

MADAM GOLD
(mischievous smile) So, I have a request... Why not make me your second wife? After all, your religion allows it, and I've been faithful to you. No other man has seen my body apart from you, since I met you through the late Odogwu Senior.

(curious) Your excellency, what can I do for you?
MONGOLO
(smirking) I want you to be a front for bidding on government contracts in this state. Your company, Smart Construction, will serve as a reputable façade for our operations. My boy, the new governor, will give you all the necessary support.
Ms. Tabita raises an eyebrow, intrigued by the Governor's proposal.
MS. TABITA
(calculating) But sir, I hope there won't be a blowback after the new governor leaves office?
Mongolo shakes his head, confident all will be fine.
MS. TABITA
Alright, your excellency. I'll do whatever you request of me. But you know how these things work, sir. So, what do I get in return?
MONGOLO
(confidently) A generous cut, of course. You'll receive 10 percent of the profits, while we ensure you secure lucrative government contracts without any questions from the state house of assembly.
Ms. Tabita grins, recognizing the immense opportunity before her.
MS. TABITA
(slyly) Ok then. You are the Governor's godfather, so if you are sure nothing will be done by the state assembly members to soil my reputation, then it's a deal… Call me anytime you need my company to submit a proposal. I'm at your service, your excellency.
