This is a hilarious comic series about the exploits of a young man, known as Young, who was sacked by his immediate boss at the factory where he works for sleeping on duty. And now, he wants to be rich by any means.
His ambition, without a requisite educational degree, usually puts him at cross purposes with his neighbours, employers and every other person he tries to get a contract from even as he tries his hands on all kinds of businesses, just to achieve his ambition.
How far will Young go to achieve his ambitious ambition?
SCENE OPENS TO PAPA BOLA'S LIVING ROOM - DAY
Bolanle - a young lady in her early 20s - a talented fashion designer, sits nervously on a sofa. Her parents, Mama Bola and Papa Bola, are seated across from her.
MAMA BOLA
(with a warm smile) Bolanle, my fine daughter, how far with your fashion work?
BOLANLE
(nervously) Mama, it's going well o. But e get something wey I wan tell you and Papa.
PAPA BOLA
(concerned) What is it, Bolanle?
Bolanle takes a deep breath, gathering her thoughts.
BOLANLE
(hesitant) I'm currently seeing someone. He's a good man. He no get job for now o, but make una no worry, everything will be ok very soon.
PAPA BOLA
(disapprovingly) A jobless man? Bolanle, you know how I feel about a man who cannot provide for my daughter!
BOLANLE
(defensively) Papa, it's not about the money. Young loves me, and he has plans for our future together.
PAPA BOLA
(gets up in anger) Young!? Are you talking of the same stupid Young in this compound or is it another person?
Flashback -
SCENE SHOWS YOUNG'S ROOM - NIGHT
Bolanle and Young are alone, sitting on the bed.
YOUNG
(charmingly) Sorry my dear, Bolanle. I know say e don tay small wey this your waist don dey pain you. Remove your trouser and bring that oil on my table, make I help you massage your waist. You go sleep well after the massage.
BOLANLE
(gets up while blushing) Hmmmm…Young, this one wey I dey remove my trouser so, I hope you will not go beyond massage o?
Young gets up laughing, puts off the light as they share a tender moment leading to bed struggle and intimacy.
Present Day -
SCENE SHOWS PAPA BOLA'S LIVING ROOM - DAY
BOLANLE
(teary-eyed) Papa, I love Young well well. And I believe say he go make am very soon. Please, stop looking down on him, Young is a hardworking man.
PAPA BOLA
(softening) Bola my daughter, I understand your feelings, but life no be just about feelings. I worry about your future. You deserve better.
Young enters the room, nervously looking at Papa Bola.
YOUNG
(earnestly) Good afternoon, Papa Bola. I know say I no get money for now, but I promise you, I go work hard to provide for Bolanle. I want to marry her and both of us go get a bright future.
PAPA BOLA
My friend will you get out of my house before I deal with you… Person wey never chop well they find wife?
FADE OUT.
SCENE OPENS TO PAPA BOLA'S APARTMENT - DAY
Bolanle is getting ready to go out with their neighbor, Sandra.
PAPA BOLA
(worriedly) Bolanle, na where you wan go again with that girl, Sandra? She's a love peddler and I don't like her influence on you.
BOLANLE
(playfully) Papa, Sandra na good person. We're just going to have some fun at the community garden.
MAMA BOLA
(interjecting) Papa Bola, abeg leave this girl to enjoy herself nau. She's becoming a woman, and she needs friends.
PAPA BOLA
(grumbling) Sandra wey Londoner and other men dey play like football for this area cannot be a good friend. Please, allow me to correct my daughter.
BOLANLE
Papa, abeg no worry I can take care of myself.
FADE OUT.
SCENE OPENS TO YOUNG AND LAMBA'S ROOM - DAY
Young sits on a worn-out chair, his friend Lamba is on bed, their faces gloomy.
YOUNG
(frustrated) Oboy na wa o! See as we don lose everything. All the shoes don spoil because of that heavy rain, and now we're broke.
LAMBA
(sympathetically) Don't worry, my guy. My mama don promise to send me small money tomorrow. We'll get through this together.
Young searches under the bed, hoping to find some left over food.
YOUNG
(disappointed) Lamba, imagine o. Rat don eat our last Garri! Na wetin we chop this morning like this?
LAMBA
(optimistically) Na to go get some Noodles and Eggs from Iya Chukwudi be that o. Just tell her say I dey expect some cash tomorrow and I will come see her later.
SCENE SHOWS INTERIOR OF A BETTING SHOP - DAY
Young stands in front of a TV screen showing a football match. He watches with bated breath as the final whistle blows, celebrating an unexpected victory.
YOUNG
Chuks, how far? See my ticket here. Five Million don enter... Na cash una go give me or na transfer?
CHUKS
Oboy, Lamba you don hammer! I hope say you go buy drink o?
YOUNG
(smiling) No shaking, no shaking. Just run me the money first.
SCENE SHOWS A LONELY STREET - SUNSET
Bolanle and Young are sitting at a corner, talking about their plans.
YOUNG
(excitedly) Bolanle, my love. See ehn, I just win Five Million Naira for betting! Can you believe it?
BOLANLE
(astonished) Young! You mean am? This one na blessing from above o! Na im be say our marriage don sure be that, abi?
SCENE SHOWS FAST FOOD RESTAURANT - DAY
Young and Bolanle sit at a table, indulging in pastries and ice cream. They laugh and enjoy each other's company.

Young enters Bolanle's home, dressed in a traditional kaftan and holding a bottle of drink. Mama Bola welcomes him with a warm smile, impressed by his appearance.
MAMA BOLA
(delighted) Young, you don come to see us officially? Ehn ehn…that's a good sign.
Papa Bola remains skeptical, crossing his arms.
PAPA BOLA
(grumbling) I know say money fit change person. But not like this useless boy, Young. What about his past troubles?
BOLANLE
(firmly) Papa, you just have to calm down. See ehn there's something I need to tell you and Mama... I'm pregnant and the father of my unborn baby is Young.
PAPA BOLA
(in rage) You say wetin? Young! So you don give my pikin belle? Walai na today you go die…
Young gets up, takes to his heels as Papa Bola draws a cutlass.
(smiling) Bolanle my love, now I go marry you and use money close your Papa mouth. No more Young is a useless boy, Young is jobless, Young cannot take care of my daughter.
BOLANLE
(teary-eyed) Oh Young, my sweetheart, I never expected this so soon. You really wan marry me?

(sitting on a chair) Young, you say you be rich man? Who was trying to kill you? Did you make money in your dream or what?
YOUNG
Yay! So na dream I dey? Chai, e be like say I go go back to sleep o…
LAMBA
Go back to sleep for wetin nau? Can't you see that it's already 8 am?
YOUNG
My guy, see ehn, you no go understand. I been don become millionaire already and I was already going to marry Bolanle before her Papa begin chase me after she tell am say I don give her belle.
LAMBA
(laughing) So you had a dream that you were a Millionaire? Yet there's no food in this house… Abeg get up joor, make we go find work. Na the hunger wey dey waya you dey cause that yeye dream.
