This is a story of how a beautiful family was shattered and suffered for years as direct consequences of a secret affair. Two university sweethearts, Nelson and Nneka, started their marriage on a beautiful note but their sweet love soon turned sour on the heels of a secret affair between the husband, Nelson and a side chic.
Suddenly, death visited the family and their two daughters had to grow up quickly due to the sufferings that untimely death brought upon the once happy family. Fortunately, while trying to raise money to save their mum's life, the sisters, who couldn't have access to their father's money, somehow become a viral sensation on social media and stumble on fortune.
Nneka's phone rings, and she hastily picks it up. Her face turns pale as she hears the news from the other end of the line.
NNEKA
(in shock) What!? My husband did what? He was shot dead… in another woman's house.. How? Where? My Nelson! Oh my God!
Nneka drops the phone, collapsing onto the bed, her world shattered in an instant.
FADE OUT.

TRACY
(whispering) I'm so sorry. I didn't know. I never wanted this to happen.
NNEKA
(teary-eyed) I don't understand. Who are you and why exactly was my husband in your house?
Tracy breaks down in tears, as she couldn't find the right words to explain the situation of her secret marriage to the now late Nelson.
CUT TO INTERROGATION ROOM - POLICE STATION - DAY
Tracy sits in a dimly lit room, her face etched with guilt and regret. Detective Thompson, a seasoned investigator, stares at her from across the table.
DETECTIVE THOMPSON
(intense) Madam, I am finding it difficult to grasp this your story. You mean to tell me that Nelson is also your husband and, in fact, you are is only legal wife according to the law?
TRACY
You're correct, officer. Nelson is my husband and we're legally married. Although I know about the other woman, I mean Nneka and her daughters. But I don't think this is the right time for all these. You people should be out there trying to arrest the armed robbers who killed my husband, while we prepare for his burial.
DETECTIVE THOMPSON
The first Mrs. Nelson, I mean Nneka, said she's the only wife known to the family. But you said you are the only legal wife based on the law. Don't you think that is a serious matter too?
TRACY
(calmly) Officer, I believe you know the law. So, please advise her accordingly. I don't want to stress myself over such a petty issue for now. Giving my husband a befitting burial is the next thing on my mind for now.
FADE OUT.

EMEKA
(holds her hands) Mom, what's wrong? Why are you crying?
Tracy gathers herself and wipes her tears, trying to compose herself for her son.
TRACY
(sighs) Emmy my son, there's something you need to know. It happened one night while you were sleeping. It's about your father… he's gone and won't be coming back again.
EMEKA
Gone? Did he go to the office?
CUT TO LATE NELSON'S OFFICE - DAY
A week later, Nneka stands outside Nelson's office, knocking at the door. Tracy, dressed in a white business suit, opens it.
Nneka's eyes narrow as she sees Tracy in her husband's office, a symbol of the life they once shared.
NNEKA
(angry) Who do you think you are, taking over my husband's office? Are you nuts or something?
TRACY
Hey madam, this is not where you can raise your voice like an illiterate. This is an office environment, so go back to wherever you're coming from.
NNEKA
(angrily) Are you not aware that Nelson was married before you came into his life with your Jezebel agenda? Well, in case you claim not to know, I'm his first wife and he is happily married with two beautiful daughters.
TRACY
(defiant) And in case you don't know, I am the only legal wife of the late Nelson. I work here as the next in line to him before his untimely death. You have no place here, so take your noisy self elsewhere.
The tension rises as the two women face off, their emotions running high.
